This is a 6 day/5 night adventure, where we will explore the famous Enchanted Circle in northern New Mexico. This adventure features the areas of Taos, Red River, Eagle Nest and Angel Fire, New Mexico.

We have had to make a change in where we would be camping while on this adventure. The new location will be the Taos Valley RV Park, located just minutes from downtown Taos. RV spots as well as tent sites are available at this location. The RV sites will have electric & water included.

The good news is bathrooms and showers are on site, along with wi-fi and laundry facilities.

Off-Road Exploration

This trip will take us off the grid, allowing for some great opportunities to become one with nature. Don't forget to bring your camera. You can expect challenging, but fun, off-road trails that make their way through the Carson National Forest. We will climb to elevations in excess of 9000 feet. Nothing beats the scenery or backdrop of the New Mexico Mountains.

Taos Valley RV Park

This charming little park is in the heart of scenic Taos.

Taos Valley RV Park is just a short 2.8 miles from the Historic Taos Plaza.

Enjoy everything nature has to offer while still reaping the benefits of modern amenities. Taos Valley RV Park offers water, sewer and electric hookups, as well as regularly cleaned on-site bathrooms, coin operated laundry and free Wi-fi.

Variety is the spice of life.

There is something for everyone here in the Enchanted Circle.

The area has numerous places to visit including the Vietnam Memorial in Angel Fire, the breweries and mountain biking in Red River, NM, and art galleries in the village of Taos,the green chile cheeseburgers at the ski lodge in Sipapu, NM.

In addition to all of the fishing, hiking and other outdoor activites right outside our front door, there is something for everyone here.

Overlanding - Adventure Lite Style.

We will explore the back country on forest roads and trails throughout the Enchanted Circle. This will include the following trails; (4)* Slope to Slope from Angel Fire to Sipapu,
(3) Cabresto Lake from Questa NM

(4) Greenie Peak from Questa NM

These trails are Easy (3) to Moderate (4). 4WD vehicle with some clearance will be needed for these trails.

*Trails (ratings) are always changing due to weather and erosion. If at anytime you do not feel comfortable we can alter plans.
