Misc Stuff – Ramblings

I was surfing the Ducati board and found his site. he has some cool toys, and a very nice blog.

Riding to work… My wife had a slight mishap on 75 last Friday, so the Honda civic is in the shop getting a new hood and front left panel replaced. She is fine, but the car will be in the shop for a few days. I decided that I would let her take my truck to work and I would ride the Trophy to the office. Well I have to say that it was not a fun ride. Riding in rush hour traffic just sucks. I hated every minute of it. I don’t see how people do it every single day. I felt like I was a pawn in a big computer game and the object was to run over the motorcycle. I will do it for a couple of more days, but YIKES it is a tad scary.

Trophy Running Like A Dream… Took the trophy for a spirited ride on Sunday. Rob took his 675 and I jumped on the Trophy and we headed up to 697. For those of you not from N Texas, this is probably the best twisty road in the area. The Trophy handled better than I expected and the motor was wonderful. I am so happy that I made the choice to pick this bike up. It is very cool.
